Frederick Hervey's half brother, John Hervey, 7th Marquess of Bristol squandered £30 million on drugs and high living before his death, 10 January 1999 (aged 44)

Frederick Hervey's half-brother Lord Nicholas Hervey died at age 36 on January 26, 1998 after taking his own life following struggles with drugs and depression. He never married and had no children. His half-brother, the 7th Marquess of Bristol, died less than a year later.
